Christina McKeiver, Curriculum Coordinator, employed since 2011: I have been a part of the LeafSpring family for the past 9 years. I have never been so committed to a job as I am to LeafSpring. One of the best things about LeafSpring is the ability to grow within the company. Throughout the years I have learned so much about myself and my career goals, and the fact that I have the ability to do that here is exciting. Emily Stinebaugh, Toddler Teacher, employed since 2020: I am currently a Toddler Teacher at LeafSpring Matthews (Charlotte, NC). I have been employed with this company since August 2020. In the short time I have been working at LeafSpring Schools I feel as though I have found the place where I belong, professionally. From the first day this school and its administration team have set up their employees for success. There was an extensive onboarding process with no short-cuts with the regional administration team. The administration team is continually working to build morale within the school. The nurses are awesome. I have never worked for a school that employed nurses on staff. It is wonderful; they are there to help with minor bumps and bruises or illnesses.
